So I was at a place, not familiar, there were meerkats there and I started to film one for Instagram then the meerkat started to wither and shrivel into a hollow being shaking on the ground. The person I was with kept trying to kill it to stop it’s suffering.. they kept doing things to the meerkat to end it’s suffering but it wouldn’t die and it was painful to watch. I kept wondering if he never tried to kill it and stop the suffering would have it survived. It wasn’t fully dead though so it was weird.

Let me start by saying I don’t even know when I last thought of a meerkat. I dreamt I was in some sort of lab or class in a place like a university or research center. An older woman had a few meerkats she was showing to a group (but I seemed to be the only one in this “group”)
I was petting one of these meerkats and really feeling its love, cuddling it, it was showing signs of deep enjoyment of my loving on it. I was trying to take a picture or video with my phone of the meerkat and I cuddling but then I got reprimanded by the older woman. I walked up to her with the meerkat and apologized deeply and politely assuring I meant no disrespect and that I really loved the animal and that it had hurt my feelings that she didn’t think I was treating it right or something along those lines. Her face changed and she became sympathetic and apologetic herself once she spoke with me and felt my intention. As she was softening up with me, the sweet little meerkat cuddled up to my chest and had fallen asleep

I dreamt about two meerkat chasing me and I think I was in my childhood town. I remember the area I was in very well. They were chasing me for a while so I tried to run in the water because I figured they were afraid of water. I was so wrong. One of them somehow got on top of me in the water and started purring at me really loud and vicious. I had my hands around its paws to stop it from clawing me. Apparently I was moaning in my sleep so my boyfriend woke me up. After waking up my chest was hurting along with my wrist.

My partner said he dreamed about chasing a meerkat but couldn’t catch it. He wouldn’t stop chasing it but couldn’t catch it. He said I was on the room and feeling bemused. What does this mean?
