Deflate in Dreams

Losing something that we care about causes us to deflate in dreams. It sucks all the air out of us. And, for some reason as humans, we can’t handle that feeling. So we need to hold on tight to what is important and precious to us whenever great life change happens like loss of job or break up.

We all might have those moments in life when we lose a battle. You don’t feel like you have the power to continue or get up and get yourself moving. Dreams can often mirror these feelings, sans the emotional repercussions that reality has on us. Deflating in a dream can either be a negative reference or also signify that you are letting go of things some would want to cling to by airing out sad parts of your past or circumstances.
